Nathan, Dan, Victoria, John, Caro, Ivan, and Deshawn came out and did our windows. They were on time, they informed us every step of the way of what to expect, replaced rotted wood from years of water damage and were overall a pleasure to have in our home. I would happily have West Shore come back to work on other projects in our home.
We had 8 windows installed in July 2023!! We are 110% pleased with the windows & installation!! We would like to Thank Brett S******** our Sale Rep for being honest & straightforward! The Amazing Installers, Brett S, Hunter B, Jayden F & Nate S!! They actually left our house cleaner than it was when they arrived!! Great job!! Arrived at 8:30 and done at 4:45. Joe B. did a fantastic job removing old tub and installing the new walk in shower and cleaned everything along the way
Cameron was great and very productive, professional and had awesome customer service! He went into detail about everything he was doing and kept us informed. He was friendly and calm type of man.
