Could not be happier with our tub/shower install! Mason H. & Steven F. worked their butts off start to finish. It was a big demo in an old house. They were organized, methodical, meticulous, and careful not to crack any of the existing wall tile. They walked me through each step of the process, communicated well, and were kind and friendly. Our new shower is wonderful!! We are so pleased with the quality of materials and the beauty of the shower. Spencer Watford, the representative that came to give a quote and discuss the plan, was very thorough and made sure that we understood all the details. He called a couple of times during the process to make sure everything was going well. Jonathan ganous, Christopher schrader, deven Pratt, and James barry were all friendly, professional and went above and beyond. The work completed in both bathrooms is absolutely beautiful and looks better than I could even imagine. Would recommend West Shore again for another project.
