Had a rep come out and look at my front door to give me a quote. Told the quote would be good for a year. 1 1/2 hours later I've signed a contract, got financing and bought a 6k door. Didn't realize that I had 72 hours (3 days) to cancel. Got buyer's remorse 5 days later and called to cancel. Told that a manager had to ask questions to get a cancellation. When the manager called back, I was told that there was a 35% cancellation fee. The guy kept asking what to do to make it better, to which my reply was cancel the contract.... read more

I contacted them twice in the last 2 years the first time they never even contacted me that they had refused to give me a contract. this time they gave me a contract and then refused to honor it saying they couldn't get the creditors to lend me the money but they never had enough Gump to let me know that I didn't get the contract .the contract stated 6 to 10 weeks after 10 I called them to see when they were going to start my shower. I purchased 2 shower makeovers and the showers are beautiful. However, the caulking around the bottom has mildew and looks nasty. You cant wash it off. I guess its in the caulking. I have tried 7+ times to contact them to come back out and recaulk this but I get the run around every time. I have talked to the service department and was told one person has to set up the date for them to come out but, they are never available to take my call. I had a bay window and a double front door installed in my house. My house is facing a main road. I has been more than an month and I am still waiting for the inside molding to be installed on the bay window. I was told the molding was on order. I have no molding to hang curtain rods on. Imagine a large window in your living room without curtains. **************** is not their priority.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! My 85 yr old father was quoted an absurd amount of money (14k) for a shower remodel in ********, **. A saleswoman came to his home and talked him into something he could not afford- a one day shower remodel for elderly people. When he told her that was a lot of money and wasnt sure how hed pay for it, she recommended financing- which he did. standard practice. There was no mention of a 35% cancellation fee.
