Elliot L. Jason P. Anthony F. and Dominique P. Ere the team members installing the replacement windows to our home. From the introduction to the walk through, we received white glove treatment. They explained the work being done, answered questions and maintained a high level of professionalism the whole time. We are quite pleased and will definitely recommend them!
This install went great. I was very impressed with the team from the time they came in at 8 am till the project was complete. Christian who led the project under the supervision of Zac was outstanding. He explained things gave updates and followed up with any questions. Takesha, Zac and Christian were a great team. Thank you Trent P. and Matt G. for our awesome new shower. We love it! We showed it to our daughter and son-in-law, they couldn't believe it was done in a day. Our bathroom looks so much better.

Nathan, Dan, Victoria, John, Caro, Ivan, and Deshawn came out and did our windows. They were on time, they informed us every step of the way of what to expect, replaced rotted wood from years of water damage and were overall a pleasure to have in our home. I would happily have West Shore come back to work on other projects in our home.
