I had a small issue and West Shore sent out Tim W****. He was prompt, and did an Amazing job fixing our issue. You can tell how much pride he takes in his work! Thanks again Tim!!
Marcus and his crew arrived on time, very friendly, exceptionally professional, work was done in one day as they indicated, windows were absolutely gorgeous, answered every question and very patient and curtious. Gave us a 5 star service and would highly recommend west shore to any homeowner that would want windows.

Shae and Charles just installed a shower in our bathroom. The shower looks amazing. They are very knowledgeable about the product they installed. They let me sneak in and take my progress pictures. Both men are very respectful. Everything was cleaned up. We are so happy beyond words. We would definitely recommend Shae and Charles as your installers. And West Shore for the product. We needed some minor repair work done on our shower and tub. The service department was very responsive. The technician that came to our house was very professional and performed all tasks extremely well.
TJ and Kamaine did a FANTASTIC job!! Came in a timely manner and cleaned up well. Nice crew of guys and it looks amazing!
