DId not deliver on quality of product that was agreed upon. As experienced as this company claims to be why do I have a dipping shower rod that requires more support which should have been conveyed initially if this was stated earlier on I would have opted for shower door which I was told I Could get anytime later. Now Im told shower door would have to be out sourced to another company. Not pleased at all with this company. Who spends this kind of money on a terrible job!
I was looking for some estmates to replace a sliding glass door and possibly a front door last month. West Shore Homes is another sleazy, unrepentant commercial spammer that has been sued multiple times for violating the law with rampant illegal cold calls.They do not abide by laws as they continue to send spam and pay third parties to send spam on their behalf,
We had West Shore put in a front door & a storm door a few years back. Did a good job, no complaints. Recently my key got stuck in the door ******** couldnt remove it, so for safety reasons I had to remove the whole k*** on Feb 15, 27. So on Feb 16, 26, I contacted them beginning at 8am explaining what happened & that I have a lifetime warranty. Beware!!! to any low income/disabled person wants to have money puts towards tub to shower. I told the company several times that the appointment will be completed once the Insurance approval. But no they can't wait money hungry. They have treated me with the late fee ($4,700.34). Now in the process of lawyer being attained. And this because a legal department contacting me. And all over paperwork! Now I don't want your business. NO STARS!!
If you don't mind being taken to the cleaners this is the place for you. They have a window 1657 series they will try to sell you cost them $252. They told me it was rated for 150 mph. They lied it 111 to129. They told me they have there own factory. They don't they get there wi dow from **. They will be happy to rip you a new one.
Initial quote was $80k for 2 tiny bathes and windows at my rental house. They didnt do floors or walls. Couldnt do my vanity because it didnt fit there measurements. So pretty much just my bathtub and toilet which there was nothing wrong with my toilet. Said no. Then they brought the price down to 37k. I was so frustrated with the initial quote and me having to say no that I couldnt use them. Say no first before you use them.
I Signed contract for bathroom tub-shower conversion, with new sink, vanity, toilet and flooring with Company West Shore Home, on 1/13/26. Didn't realize the estimate was for full amount of project and not itemized. inquired about this and sales would check on it. 2 days went by didn't hear from her.
