On 1/5/26 ******** ***** from West Shore Home, LLC came to my home to give me a FREE estimate to install a new shower and cleaning of any mold hidden behind the drywall. He returned on 1/8/26 to access the mold. He only brought a booklet &wrote information in it. He said they could do the whole job for $14,000.00 no matter what was found in the walls. no other charges to complete the work. Workers that came out were professional and did extremely good work the problem was in the management and scheduling department after the appointment was scheduled I received a confirmation Tex to confirm the appointment 14hrs before hand after being 3hrs late I called to see what was going on they said all the materials didnt come in and would have to reschedule instead of a confirmation text I should have gotten a phone call to reschedule and I wouldnt have lost a days work for nothing

I had great hopes that I would get a bathroom that would make me want to stay awhile, instead I have a bathroom that I will need another contractor to make it more usable. Was under the understanding that I would be gaining about 4 or 5 inches in the shower but instead I lost 4 inches. Now I have to stand with arms straight down so I do not bump the glass and wall. My 82-year old mother asked West Shore Home for an estimate for the cost of a shower remodel. The company sales ***resentative came to her home and executed a high-pressure sales routine and made my mother sign the ******** contract. No printout of the contract was available. I am the Power of Attorney (POA) for my mother and I was not able to review the contract. West Shore Home clearly took advantage of my senior citizen mother. I thought I would be able to give better than a 1 star rating. Turns out I cant give a higher rating because of some promises made and damage left by the installers. First, I need to warn future customers about statements made by the estimator ******** *****. He showed us a double Shower Head. Part Handheld, part Rain. This city is a scam. I called for an estimate to reform the bathroom. Somehow I got roped into just getting a tub because they said they couldn't d the rest. I wanted it done in time for Christmas. I moved too fast I contracted them to install 12/5/25 no call no show I took a day off for nothing. Then 3 weeks later I get a permit for some company I have never heard of. Do not have work done by them. I have been having issues since September 2025 with the quality of their installation. They measured doors incorrectly, installed flooring incorrectly, among many other issues. I am still waiting on them to complete the project. Today, I was scheduled for a service call for them to fix the issues with the bathroom install. They never came and when I called them, they said my appt was moved to a later date. West Shore replaced my master shower and flooring in that same bathroom. They did 95% of the job very well, but have really disappointed in that last 5%. The installers stayed late on the final day of the original install, which I did appreciate, but they got very sloppy towards the end and clearly rushed to finish the job that day. The final caulking and sealing was a mess, the clean up was completely unsatisfactory, and there was an issue with a shower ceiling panel that required us to schedule a new installer to come and ... read more

I would like to express my concerns regarding my experience with West Shore Home. I had a neo-angle shower installed on November 12th. During the installation, there was damage to a wall and lower trim, and I have noticed leaks under all three sides of the shower. A technician was dispatched to apply caulk to the edges, but this has not resolved the issue.
