We had them come out three different times. The original tub/shower that was built with the house looked much better. The first installation didnt get completed because the installer did a horbile job getting the tub in. The second install, the top was scratched and the caulking turned yellow. The final installation the wall sheets and tub were off so the installer had to add another piece , this was sercured by a nail gun, this left little marks all over them. I have lost sleep over this. WAS trying to get an *** compliant shower for my parents from this company, Getting a complete runaround with the contract and financing with no communication after the 3rd signature try.... Day of scheduled install, NO SHOW NO CALL. Called them, they said it was cancelled by customer, which is NOT true. Have all the texts with the sales guy that came out... that amazing doesn't work they anymore.They till have the $3000 deposit and say it's going to be a fee since it was cancelled!? Their sales agent robocalled me ***** times, including 4 times in one day. Told them to quit calling me and they continued to call me. They called under the name of ********************** and when you did talk to them, they wouldn't tell me who they really represent only that someone would call me. I left my name saying I needed replacement windows and West Shore Home called me back saying I filled out an online request. There are multiple posts on online about the ********************** Scam.

This company went to my house and looked inside then the representative proceeded in making everything sound wonderful until the price came up; i am a senior citizen on a fixed income; i let her know that i could not afford any of this because as a senior citizen i am on a fixed income; she proceeded to hand me a card (was rude after letting her know) telling me someone would call. Vanity was not measured correctly and had to be reordered. There were also 4 items not installed properly or with damages. The company does not follow up and we have to keep hounding them to finish the project. On 2 occasions we had been contacted for workers to come and they did not show. We tried to escalate and had 2 managers contact us and promise to have the job finished. One offered a $1000.00 refund to compensate for one of the no show appointments. WORST COMPANY IN *******,My wife and I are over 65. We need to remove our tube and put in a shower with a seat. Then our A/C went out. It was more important to replace our A/C. We called West Shore 5 days after signing. They said it would cost us over $5,000.00 to cancel. O.M.G. PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES.

We just wanted an estimate. How many windows, price per window and let's get on with it. We can either afford it or we can't. This consultation for an estimate took THREE hours of a salesman droning on about the company, the product, while at the same time trying to connect with us on a personal level. We made our intentions very clear when we scheduled this that we just wanted an estimate and were not buying at this time. I was duped into buying a tub that I thought was priced at $3,234 dollars when in fact cost $34,234! Im 73 years old veteran and thought that I was getting a good price because I looked at other outlets namely **** and all of the internet ads!I dont have that kind of money to pay for a tub that costs as much as a new car!
