This company west shore home took my money after canceling the project after just a few hours. They took over 4000 from my account. Now I have to sue them because I cancelled the same day I spoke to their rep. ******

I had two different sales representatives come to my home and quote me (different #s) for my shower remodel. I replied with a counteroffer to the second of those Sales Representatives but never got a response. I called the (*****) # multiple times with this information and was told both times that it would be escalated and that I'd get a call back in 24 hours, and yet I still have no response to my counteroffer. Writing this review so others avoid wasting their time with West Shore.

Installers failed to secure pipe in wall for shower head. They sent a tech out to confirm the pipe wasnt secured and scheduled the repair a month later. The repair day came and no one showed up. They claimed it was assigned to someone that no longer works for them. Rescheduled repair, I called the day before to confirm the appointment and again no one showed up. Now they want me to wait over a month (Nov 28th) for repair that may or may not happen given their track record so far.The ***************** office needs new managem... read more

I had a tub to shower update and wanted a wall mount seat. The salesman said I could get a cheaper seat online so I did. I paid $60 dollars compared to their $1000 dollars. Same seat with the same load bearing capacity. When I asked the installer to install it he said no because it would void the warranty. Same seat, same 6 screws to install it. Had my walk-in shower done by West Shore Home paid over 13k plus and the company did NOT done the job right so Frustrated by this company and the people. My wooden floor was rotten and mildew w stains they didn't replaced only tell me it not rotten enough and they only wiped it down. in my crawl space you still can see dark brown and greenish on the wood! WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!

We are an older couple living in *******. We hired West Shore Home. After we signed the contract our friends and neighbors told us we were being over charged. Recently we found out that West Shore Home reported on the permit the job price was $7450.00 so we visited the company office to complain and they said they only reported the materials cost but they never submitted an itemized list of costs, which other companies did who worked for us. In 2023, I had a bathtub replaced in my home by West Shore Home. I was excited because I was getting a handicap accessible bathtub. The technician who came out to install my bathtub did not put something in properly, and it leaked. Another technician repaired it after a couple of weeks. Fast forward to May 2025, when a leak occurred in my downstairs bathroom. I called WestShore several times because I had to get my insurance company involved. Poor quality workmanship. Multiple issues had to be fixed. Took 7 weeks to complete a 2 day job. They concealed damage they caused to AC duct under shower floor. Poor finishing work including cracking caulk in shower, leaking water from shower onto floor, moldings all had to be replaced, vanity was chipped, faucets were both loose and crooked, transition piece from bathroom to bedroom was loose and crooked. ****, ***.
