The only reason to give them a one star is because their customer service is very sweet. This one day install has been 3 years and they still havent got the shower the way we ordered it. We paid $14,000.00 for a shower that has taken 16 visits to our home, and its still not complete. I have taken 16 days off work to accommodate their mistakes, and paid that much money for a shower that still isnt right. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service. I used 3 different PTO days because orders were wrong, items were not on the truck, no one followed thru. Then after all that headache I was promised some money off of the job to put towards added expense because West Shore remodels bathrooms but doesn't provide glass for glass doors. Review continued… So upon letting our sales men know about all of these issues.. we had someone sent to our house four days later, we thought to correct all of these errors.. He arrived (also late) (but very very nice guy) and informed me he’s only there to put on the cap on the tub he’s just a plumber and doesn’t deal with the cosmetics. So we got most of the issues corrected but here we are over a week later still with a different color shower. West Shore did a terrible job . They left the walls un completed and unpainted. I had a shower door , but they said no shower door . Curtain rod instead . The smell is terrible . Smells like raw sewage all day every day 24/7 . I called several times and it goes to voice mail and they don't return my calls . I also text them a several times and they didn't return text message . Disappointed in demo. Installers did not tape off work area and therefore the whole house is covered in construction dust. We have been cleaning for 2 days. We will need to have our ducts cleaned now and we have gone through 2 air filters so far. Actual cleanup in the bathroom was also very subpar its big enough for 2 people and took over a couple hours to clean properly. Screen was so caked in dust you couldnt see out the window. On April 28, 2025 I agreed to a bathroom remodel. On April 29, 2025 I was told they couldnt demo the tile floor without purchasing a vanity, so I cancelled the project that day! Two days later on May 1, 2025 they did an ACH withdrawal on my deposit. I have made several calls and still do not have the money back in my account!

********* company with a CEO that purchased the naming rights to **********'s ************** field for $50 million but cannot refund your measly deposit after they lie to you about the project and the contract. I was baited and switched after the salesman ***** **** told me that the wood siding surrounding the windows would look and match the rest of my house surrounding the window. This is a LIE. It is clear West Shore is writing their own reviews.I paid over 22 grand to have a very small bath remodeled. This was over 5 months ago and I still can not take a shower in there. Before the remodel the water was fine temperature wise in the shower, Now we can't get it warm enough to even use it. They installed a pressure balancing valve in the shower that restricts the hot water the more you try to turn it to a warmer position.
