Reached out for warranty info.This was our first and only quote. We were thrilled once it was done, as it looked great. Failed to inspect for issues before ***'s 1 yr labor warranty expired. Mistake. By year 2, all horizontal caulk in the walk-in shower was failing and started leaking below. Shower doors do not shut correctly and allow a lot of water to escape. West Shore Homes replaced our door, causing water damage to our floors and walls. They promised fixes, flooring reimbursement (after approval), and callbacksnone happened. They blocked us on ********. Now involving an attorney. ***** them.

An unethical salesman from this company tried to extort my elderly parents. He tried to sell my retired parents, who live on a fixed income, five windows for over $10000 before "discounts." The overpriced fixed windows he tried to see my parents did not qualify for the ******** safety code due to the lack of emergency egress. Everything about that interaction was unethical. I paid premium prices thinking i would get premium service. This wss not the case. Time was the first issue. We were about to put our house on the market and wanted everything looking its best. Timeline promised 2 weeks. Still not finished and it has been 2 months. I leave messages and they promise call backs that never occur. West shore started out good remodeling two of my bath tub to shower totaling almost $30,000. They made great sales pitch about how well there products was. They even marked on it and removed it with a rag. Well less than two years in I called them to informed them that one of my shower pan had a light blue film on it that we couldn't get rid of. This company purchased ****** in ***********, **. I purchased a walkin shower/tub in 2018 from ******, and it came with a lifetime warranty. The caulking around the and needs to be replaced. West Shores will not honor the warranty.

Worst customer service! We had an install done July 23, 2024. On September 9, 2024 they came to fix the problem they left from the install. I have been asking for a final bill with completion date and account paid from them since this was finished. I have made numerous calls and text emails to them inquiring how I get this paper! I can not seem to get anyone to get me the correct information I need. It should not be that hard to get a final bill as they know this is needed for some people. As of today still no response!
