We were not happy with West Shore Home's process of getting an estimate. We requested a quote on windows for a modular home. We had a price in mind and expressed it to the sales lady. She stated they could come no where near that price. We told her we did not want to waste her time. She was very pushy and insisted she go ahead and measure. We said OK. I had ordered two doors one for front door and side garage door. They installed the doors on a Saturday but didnt have the permit completed. They were the highest bid but I went with them thinking they had an outstanding product and service reputation. The front door locked in position and they had to come out to repair the lock about week later. They improperly installed the lock and failed to install correct amount of screws for the impact rated door. This door would have failed the inspection at the time. However, I still... read more

Had a rep come out and look at my front door to give me a quote. Told the quote would be good for a year. 1 1/2 hours later I've signed a contract, got financing and bought a 6k door. Didn't realize that I had 72 hours (3 days) to cancel. Got buyer's remorse 5 days later and called to cancel. Told that a manager had to ask questions to get a cancellation. When the manager called back, I was told that there was a 35% cancellation fee. The guy kept asking what to do to make it better, to which my reply was cancel the contract.... read more

I contacted them twice in the last 2 years the first time they never even contacted me that they had refused to give me a contract. this time they gave me a contract and then refused to honor it saying they couldn't get the creditors to lend me the money but they never had enough Gump to let me know that I didn't get the contract .the contract stated 6 to 10 weeks after 10 I called them to see when they were going to start my shower. Thats when they told me they canceled the contract.I'm very depressed and disappointed becau... read more

Unfortunately, she was not successful in being able to find a lender that would finance her project. I purchased 2 shower makeovers and the showers are beautiful. However, the caulking around the bottom has mildew and looks nasty. You cant wash it off. I guess its in the caulking. I have tried 7+ times to contact them to come back out and recaulk this but I get the run around every time. I have talked to the service department and was told one person has to set up the date for them to come out but, they are never available to take my call. They also havent returned my call for the past two days. You dont have a problem with... read more

I had a bay window and a double front door installed in my house. My house is facing a main road. I has been more than an month and I am still waiting for the inside molding to be installed on the bay window. I was told the molding was on order. I have no molding to hang curtain rods on. Imagine a large window in your living room without curtains. **************** is not their priority.

selling inferior shower doors. scheduling to replace a big hassle. been dealing with this issue since March. seems like once they have your money making things right is not a priority
