Two thousand characters is not enough to praise my service from West Shore Home. Discovered through Google, their website had proof of concept. I was consistently running into the "Call for quote, we aren't showing you anything until we are in your house." Naturally, we called them out. Very pleased with the installation of my shower by Josh W. And Alyssa C. They were very professional and very informative. Before they left Josh explained everything and answered any questions I had. Awesome!!!!
Happy with service performed. Trip could have been skipped if installers initially told me about water saver on shower head and could have been taken off then.

From the initial contact with the sales rep Sarah L , to customer service keeping me informed of schedule updates (they actually installed a week earlier than expected) to the installers… all did a fantastic job on my bath to shower conversion. The installers Je’Mari, Paris & Monte arrived promptly on time, worked steadily on the project, cleaned up better than I normally do and the finished result looks great. I am very pleased with my new bathroom and would highly recommend West Shore Home for your conversion project.
