I feel compelled to communicate my frustrations here with Parker at East Village in Lady Lake, FLORIDA by (WestShoreLLC). We contacted West Shore to give us a free estimate for the tub&wall replacement. On 6/27/2023 a representative, Mr. Rock came and told him that we just want the tub&wall replaced, and keeping the fixtures because it's only a few years old. My husband even told him that we have another estimate scheduled the following week. He gave us a quote of $17,084,.00 with the discount of $3,990.00 which is outrageous just for the tub&wall replacement. Called number advertised on TV to get a quote for a bathroom remodel and was told "We do not service your area". I then went online to request a quote and got an immediate response??? Either you service the entire Jacksonville area or you discriminate based upon area demographics???

On January 14, 2023, Mr. Mark C*** ( design Tec ) came to my home. Quireo, Mike s, Sean and Fernando r left their names for review. I like the walling but they changed my shelves from my requested 10 and 20 inches up to 10 and 20 on 1 side to 11 and 20 on the other side with a stupid story about someone might hit their head at 10 inches. I was astonished as I was in the next room to ask about changes. I went ahead and signed off as it was already done and I didn't think it was fixable. We paid for a ceiling to our shower. Initial installer didn’t show record of that. Follow up visit the brought the wrong color. Nest visit brought the wrong size. Next visit installer said the whole think was installed incorrectly. It wasn’t square so I could take crooked ceiling to the shower or they could come fix it. Then they called to “reschedule,” because they don’t have enough staff. Meanwhile, I make payments on something that is wrong and incomplete. If it were not for the installers (great guys) I would give 0 stars. The communication on their part is terrible. Had to have 3 install appointments 1st rescheduled was because the had my kit early, so i made arrangements to be home instead of my hisbands surgery the 2nd reschedule was because they DIDNT have the right kit. SO missed my husbands surgery for NOTHING 3rd reschedule because they had the new kit. After all that I still have to pay the better part of 15,000 all I got done was my shower. Not bathtube nothing. Beware of signing any contract with this company. The sales personnel are very shoddy, and the company will not provide you with any resolution. Their sales tactic is bait and switch.

Please stop calling me. 7 times in 7 days is too much, 2 calls is too much. After reading these reviews, glad you scared me away with the calls. BBB, again, this review is now for you. Please stop accrediting companies with these awful reviews/ stars. They should not say A+ on their profile. Do better.
