We contacted West Shore Home as we wanted to convert our tub/shower unit to a walk-in shower. From start to finish the whole process went very smoothly and quickly. We had a great experience meeting w/the salesperson, Jonathan Mayer. We reviewed all our options and chose the color option and accessories that met our needs. My husband and I saw some ads on Facebook and thought let’s give them a call to get a quote, stating upfront we were not looking to purchase that day but just prepare for a project ! West Shore team was amazing & did an excellent job today. We had our front door & all the materials replaced in under 5 hours. The attention to detail & cleanliness of the crew was outstanding. The "J" crew (Jovani, Josh and Jais) and Andrew, the plumber, that came out to do our shower installation were absolutely fabulous! They arrived promptly ready to work! They were all very courteous and professional. I liked that they invited me to stick my head in at anytime and to ask questions or just observe their progress. They addressed my small concerns immediately. The job turned out great! My husband and I are very pleased! Thanks to Matt (sales rep) and the "J" crew plus Andrew! Good job!!
