Engage Treatment is a Joint Commission Accredited professional psychological practice serving the youth of Conejo Valley through Intensive Outpatient Programs treating depression and anxiety. But really, we’re a lot more than that. We are helpers. Our priority is getting youth and their families the help and support they need. Our programs are often the next step when individual counseling isn’t enough. We provide critical short-term support and implement strategies for better long-term outcomes.

Our son was referred to Engage Treatment by Kaiser Permanente in Dec 2021. He was enrolled in the pre-teen program in early 2022 which taught the children skills based techniques to help them cope with emotions and situations at school. Techniques he used immediately and continues to use today. As parents we attended a 10-week parenting program wtih Peggy Matson PsyD to provide added support in the home utilizing a variety of DBT skills and Reflective Parenting techniques.
