It took time, and there were claims of the ability to help which did not prove true, but...after a number of calls with the "team" after I had complained, they DID come through with a resolution of my tax problem. No, the IRS did NOT reduce the percentage of the interest to be paid on unpaid taxes (though they suggested that would happen), but I DID get a fair payoff plan for the taxes owed and a removal of penalties thanks to their efforts. This was in the midst of the government shutdown. Thank-you Five Star for your help.

So I just called five star tax resolution and I got greeted properly and got great customer service alongside all of information that I needed plus things I didn't know. I've been in the market for a while looking for tax resolution and I think I've found my match! I really am excited to see if five star tax resolution lives up to the name and can resolve my issue. I will definitely keep you guys posted but for now I'm going with five star.

I spoke to several tax resolution companies before choosing Five Star Tax Resolution. Mark made me comfortable immediately as the IRS had levied my bank account, and I needed the right type of representation. Moreover, not only did Mark take the time to explain step by step the process of resolving my tax problem which at the time I owed nearly $25k, but I received timely updates with regard to the on-going process. This has to be the BEST experience of my "taxed life"... I was being held liable for a 6,800 dollar tax debt that grew with interest and penalties to almost $97,000 dollars... this was hanging over my head from 2006 and became a monster size debt by 2013... all because it was never addressed. These attorneys are amazing they help me with everything I need never ignore my questions Michael Ray is a true professional....I haven't had a better experience dealing with lawyers then this firm...I highly recommend this place to do your taxes or any tax questions you may have they definitely not there to take your money i personally tried sending them gift cards to thank them only to hear ( thank you but knowing you are satisfied and doing a good job is enough for us) who does that wow!!!
