Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone ever! First 6 months of getting their service was a billing NIGHTMARE. They couldn’t get anything right, on top of that they tried hitting us will all kinds of unnecessary charges and late fees because we weren’t going to pay a late fee on equipment charges we shouldn’t have been charged with to begin with. Absolutely thrilled with the installation and activation of my new circuit by Nitel. The process was seamless from start to finish, and their technician was incredibly professional and efficient. I'm now enjoying lightning-fast internet speeds without any hassle. Thank you for making the transition so smooth!
If I could give a 0, I would. Promised certain speed internet, and never even came close. Not to mention, the price continually increased every single year. Paid for monitoring services that were NEVER monitored. Had a serious issue with a circuit being out, called customer service over 10 times to get a runaround story every time. Super shady billing practices. They charged "early termination fees" randomly on our account in excess of $250k. The kicker is, we are month-to-month and not under a contract. Account rep agrees that the fees are wrong, but the billing department won't fix the issue and keeps sending collection notices, charging late fees, and additional "taxes". Terrible service. Extremely frustrating. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
Their service was disrupted and customer service didn't follow up. They terminated service and reconnected on their own and they charge Early Termination fee. If disputed, their accounting dept treat as Bad Debt and they refer to Collection Agency law firm threatening letter kept sending. Beware of this bad practice!
