Top Notch Customer Service From the minute I walked in I was treated with respect and I felt at home. Christian showed me exactly the car I was looking for, gave me an excellent walkaround and presented the numbers to me in an honest and up front way. Efficiently fast! Had an appt for an oil change at 8am today but had a drs appt at 910am. I went at 730 when they opened, explained my Drs appt, and Mike the service advisor said no problem and I was out faster. This is not something that prolly could be done all the time, but I appreciated his effort. Payment process went quickly too.

Joint effort to accommodate my situation the whole team I had issues with my Silverado, the service team went out of there way to help me so far and are telling me they will accommodate me with a loaner truck so I can continue my work my livelihood.. it stinks to have problems with your vehicles especially one used to support your family but so far very pleased with the effort put forward to help me.. hopefully everything will go as planned. 2 cars I owed a ot of money Quality Chevrolet bought both my cars which I still owed a lot of money. IO took a lost but in the long run I will make it back. The dealer is happy and I'm happy because not only I have a new truck but now I don't have to worry about paying 2 car payment and insurance.

They are the best!!!! Came in looking for a vehicle but didnt have high hopes because my credit wasnt the best. My sales man John kept me positive and didnt treat me any different knowing that I had bad credit. I explained to him that i needed a 3rd row and AWD. FAST AND EASY I purchased a vehicle from Quality Chevrolet last week and being new to the area and decided to bring my other vehicle in for service which is a Buick Regal GS. I scheduled an appointment with Gena and she got me in for the following day. I was there about 15 minutes before my appointment and was done in less than 1 hour. I am so happy i decided to make a purchase and also service my other vehicle here.
