Dealerphobia OK buy a car new, used or CPO from a dealer is worse than root canal IMHO. Visiting 2 or 3 dealers to shop your vehicle is time consuming, slow, uninformed sales staff and then you get to meet the DARTH VADER the " SALES MANAGER " and the 3 card Monty starts. This rebate , this credit that certificate BLAH, BLAH BLAH. In the end you really never know what the dealer actually paid and how mu profit is going to the dealership. Best service advisor I had a few issues and Mike the service advisor helped me with no problem. He was friendly, listen to me which was very important and he apologized for the issues I had. He explained everything to me in details which I loved.
