They Amazed Me!!! These guys amazed me! I first spoke to their general manager, Luis, about what I was looking for. I mentioned to him that I had just spoken to a fellow general manager or sales manager of a fellow Buick dealership. I mentioned to Luis that I was told to wait 3-4 months (I still had 5 months on my current lease) before I should approach this other dealership to lease a new Buick to get to the terms I wanted, which was exactly what I was paying with my current lease. Great Experience Historically when I purchased a new vehicle it was always an 8 to 10 hour ordeal with unwanted up-sells. I honestly wasn't looking forward to buying a new car because of dreadful past experiences. My experience with Ed Pavlica was the least stressful ever.
