They Amazed Me!!! These guys amazed me! I first spoke to their general manager, Luis, about what I was looking for. I mentioned to him that I had just spoken to a fellow general manager or sales manager of a fellow Buick dealership. I mentioned to Luis that I was told to wait 3-4 months (I still had 5 months on my current lease) before I should approach this other dealership to lease a new Buick to get to the terms I wanted, which was exactly what I was paying with my current lease. Great Experience Historically when I purchased a new vehicle it was always an 8 to 10 hour ordeal with unwanted up-sells. I honestly wasn't looking forward to buying a new car because of dreadful past experiences. My experience with Ed Pavlica was the least stressful ever. He was the only salesperson that ever took the time to review all of the features of a new vehicle and he made sure that we were comfortable with everything. Quality of service Chevrolet of Englewood is new for us, and we worked with Scott Mintz. The dealership provided us with a fair price on the Traverse, and Scott had no problem locating the right car with the correct options we needed. Delivery process was smooth and Scott walked us through every feature of the vehicle, which was a nice touch. Vehicle was delivered clean, inside and out, and had the all-season floor mats installed as per our lease contract. Will work with Scott and this dealership again.
