RecommendedWhat a wonderful experience we had dealing with representatives of West Shore Home of Birmingham. Our installers, Hanna, Haley, Sean and Josh arrived on time and explained everything they would do. They ran into some plumbing problems and within a few minutes, James S. master plumber arrived to repair a problem that affected drainage. He fixed the problem which he didn’t have to do. RecommendedPrompt professional consultants and a A+ installation team. They all know what they are doing and work well as a team. Hanna & Sean finished up today on our smaller bathroom. Very helpful & courteous. They informed me every step of the way to explain what they were doing. The other crew is working on the master bath. Knowledgeable & courteous. The electrician that came out was Richard Kane of Kane Electrical & his helper Mark. I will be using them in the future for my electrical needs.😊

RecommendedThe walk-in shower is exactly what I had envisioned, it will let my wife bathe safely without having to step over into a tub. John, James, Ken and James did a great job! They ran into some plumbing issues in this old house, but managed to sort them out and still finished the job in one day! Thanks
