Dylan H. was very polite, thorough and professional- explained everything, got our input, completed the entire remodel in a day, and cleaned up afterwards. I have nothing but good things to say about West Shore Home in general and Dylan in particular. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a bathroom remodel project.
Dylan H was our installer and he was very professional and personable. The job was complete in one workday. He cleaned everything up and explained everything he was doing from start to finish. He did a FANTASTIC job. I would highly recommend him with a 5 STAR review.

We had two patio doors and a man door installed by Mike Harvey, Freddy Eddy, and Jimmy Page. They did a great job with the install, and cleaned up the work area professionally,

Eric, Jimmy, and Brett were right on time yesterday and put drop cloths everywhere they'd walk or work. Then old windows were removed carefully and the new ones installed (with equal care). A manufacturing glitch required one new window to be re-ordered. Eric informed me right away and with kind concern. West Shore and the installers were creative and, within an hour, had a temporary window to fill the hole so that it wouldn't need to be boarded up until the replacement arrives.
