The installers, Judah W. and Fredie R., made sure the job was done right. The windows are of good quality. They even left the kids' rooms cleaner than what they were when they arrived.

Steve and Eric did a expert job installing the windows. Steve explained how they work and the safety lock. He also saw us struggling to get the blind up so he stepped in and helped us. What a great thing to do for a customer. We are so pleased with the windows and highly recommend West Shore.
