Installing window. Great job by Supervisor Jordan S. Quality work and left job very clean.
Project: Installation of walk-in shower / West Shore Homes The sales rep, Cory, was very professional and informative in explaining their product and services, and lifetime warranty. This included various options and samples, and answering any questions we had. We even received a call from representative, Rita, for scheduling, and also was able to move up our installation to an earlier time. Josh Quick was amazing! He was on time and professional. Our new bathtub and surround are not only beautiful but installed great. Based on this experience I will hire West Shore again!
From the first visit with Andrew Creamer to the installation team (Ralph, Eric, Judah, Billy and Dave), West Shore Homes' service was fantastic. WSH ensured us that this would be a one day install and they delivered. The doors and entry window look great, they followed all of the safety protocols and the work areas are cleaner than when they arrived. Big thanks to WSH for helping us upgrade our exterior!

Evan and Tyler were great! They arrived on time, were very conscientious in the work. They checked with me all during the installation and cleaned up everything before leaving. Evan paid great attention to the detailing and Tyler was very thorough in going over the paperwork with me. I am planning on replacing my tub and would very much like to have them handle that project.
