First impression was good with their sales rep Leo Bruno. He was not pushy and gave us time to decide what we liked and fully explained the whole process of the installing of our new shower. Shannon and Will who installed our shower did a fantastic and professional job. They did exactly as Leo explained, measuring every foot for a perfect fit. Replaced rear deck door, two glass side panels and transom.
Installers Corey, Charlie, Will and Shannon did a meticulous job installing two new showers in our home. They were courteous, friendly, kept us updated throughout the day, answered all questions, and did an excellent job. They also removed all materials from our old showers, and cleaned up afterwards!

Needed a new rear entry system (frame, storm door, and door). Guys came out and upon install discovered what turned out to be a larger problem. Turns out that water in my foundation is what caused my original door and frame to rot out in the first place. Ralph and Tom were up front with me and recommended I not have the door installed until the water in my foundation was taken care of. Despite the headache of having just paid for a door and now learning that I would have to pay for a basement sump pump this was good advice a... read more

The crew that came to our house (Cory & Zack) were courteous, clean, efficient, and precise in their work. There was a part that came from the factory that was the wrong color. They caught the mistake before it was installed. The correct part will be installed this week. These guys are very professional.
The installers are awesome. Friendly, I like to see what is going on when having work done and they are very open to letting me go in and see how far they have come. Very efficient and know their jobs well. I will go to West Shore from now on for big projects like this one. Five stars all the way
