The sales people, second measurer and installers need to get on the same page as to what homeowners need to do to prepare for window installations. We were told that all installation would take place outdoors and that was not true. It need to be better explained that you need to only take drapes down, not the hardware associated with them.

I had a terrible experience. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into four days and it is still not completed properly. I had to wait almost two months for them to complete. They cracked bathroom tile and they put a hole in my bathroom floor without explaining what they were doing. The price was so ridiculous. After talking with people who used other companies, I got ripped off terribly! Do not hire!

I will never use West Shore ever again. It is now going into the 4th month and my shower is still not done. I have made many many calls, and it is a terrible company to work with. It is one excuse after another. I am also disappointed in the quality of the material they used. I would never recommend West Shore to anyone. The review would only let me do half a star, and it is not even a half star rating it is a 0. For the price, they charge a person they should not have to wait for months to have a shower installed.
