I had a terrible experience. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into four days and it is still not completed properly. I had to wait almost two months for them to complete. They cracked bathroom tile and they put a hole in my bathroom floor without explaining what they were doing. The price was so ridiculous. After talking with people who used other companies, I got ripped off terribly! Do not hire!

I will never use West Shore ever again. It is now going into the 4th month and my shower is still not done. I have made many many calls, and it is a terrible company to work with. It is one excuse after another. I am also disappointed in the quality of the material they used. I would never recommend West Shore to anyone.
