The installer Ray arrived on time, was considerate of our house and cleaned up. Was very courteous throughout the day, answered all our questions. He was here to work, get the job done in a timely manner, no fooling around. Poor guy didn't even eat!!. I would recommend West Shore again and would hire them to do our next job. I would also recommend Ray as the installer.

The installer team of Dylan H and Tyler R were very professional and courteous. They walked me thru the process of installing the new walk in shower and answered any questions.
