I am beyond happy with my new bathtub and shower!!! Home repairs are stressful but we were in good hands from the beginning. Devon (sales representative)came out to our home and was so amazing, she knew we were stressed and did everything she could to make this job possible for us. Cody her Manager reached out to us to work up a plan that would fit perfectly in our budget, even called to check in with us while on his vacation. Brett S, Judah W, Hunter B, Shanya B, Van P, and Tommy P worked together to replace all of our windows in one day. They worked as a team and did excellent work and left our house as they found it. The work was excellent and it was a joy to have them in our house. I would highly recommend West Shore and their excellent team for window replacement.

I reached out to complain that the tub surface was slippery. I took a shower and slipped and fell. West shore homes reached out to me immediately and rectified the situation. The manager called me and sent the representative to place a non skid surface on my tub, and we are very pleased with it!
