From the moment the sales person came out to discuss options, pricing to the day of install, each individual was professional, courteous and kind. The sales person checked in with us the day of the install, the installation technicians kept me informed throughout the entire process and the work was seamless. Would definitely recommend!
From the first meeting with Justin for financing til the install with Brian everything was perfect. Justin was very professional and treated us like family! Brian showed up on time and he was very professional as well and also very clean. My husband and I did this remodel because my mom will be moving with us and our old bath/shower wasnt safe for her. She is going to absolutely love her new shower! We are so very happy! Whatever else we decide to remodel, we are doing it with West Shore Homes!
Our experience was awesome! First, the call to set up an appointment for the design consultant, Keith Claybrook, to come out for a presentation and estimate, was pleasant and easy. During the presentation, Keith was so professional and knowledgeable, it made the decision easy for us. He was able to give us multiple discounts to make the final price very affordable. Guillermo did such a beautiful job and his work was way beyond anything I could write now. The job was done in a days time they arrived at 830am and left our home with job completed by 630pm that same day, His helper was Nick J and he also was punctual and great and worked very hard along with Guillermo. Outstanding personnel and product. Michelle, sales representative , did an excellent job of explaining everything, going over options and selections, installation and warranty. Omaly and Shawna did an outstanding job removing the old shower and constructing the new one. They were extremely pleasant and very professional in all aspects of the installation.
