RecommendedClif Beeks was my design consultant and Austin Casteel was my installer. Special Kudoos to Austin as my husband had a million questions for him which he very patiently answered. We love our new shower. There was some confusion pertaining to the shower door but Clif jumped right on it and is in the process of resolving the issue. Thank you West Shore for retaining such knowledgeable and professional personnel. 5 stars to both guys!

RecommendedAustin Casteel came around 8:15, worked all day and explained the process when I asked questions. He was very meticulous. Unfortunately when he went to put the doors on my new walk-in shower the was no hardware included. I have requested that he be the one to come back and complete the job. I highly recommend West Shore Home and Austin.
