Sam and Montana were fast, efficient, and communicative.
Excellent service from the initial meeting with Chris, the sales person to regular communication from the office regarding install date, etc.The two installers, Bear and Drew did an excellent job. They were very professional, courteous and pleasant. It was a pleasure having them here to do their job in our home

Excellent communication from day 1 with Luis. The office kept me updated on supply arrival date. My installers, Dan n Caleb were super outstanding- respectful of my home, detail oriented, professional, yet courteous. It was obvious they took pride in their work, showed me operation of windows, explained contract and cleaned up afterwards. Walked me through to see if I was pleased. Sam and Isaac did an outstanding job, did a great job
Sam and Tyler were a joy to have working in here, very satisfied.
Ethan and Tyler did a great job. They arrived on time, covered furniture and floors to keep clean. Explained what they would be doing. Showed me drain test and what work had to be done under the old tub. Installed the new shower and checked with me on placement of the seat, grab bars and shelfs. Finished in good time and cleaned up. I am very pleased with my new walk-in shower and would recommend West Shore Home and Ethan and Tyler to anyone that needs this type of work done.
Sam, Montana, and Henry were on time and we� re quick and effefient.
