The team of Rashaad, Caleb, and Charles were very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. I had one problem with the install (which was not their fault). One of the windows was not what was ordered. I hope they will be the team sent to install the correct window. I rated the customer service based on the timeliness of the remake. It's hard to rate the value for the money, as everything is so expensive these days.
Christian and Griffin were very professional and very good at what they do and I could see the pride in their work. Night and day difference in our new bathroom
