The West Shore Home experience was amazing starting with Braden who met with me to talk about the options. He listened to what I really needed for my 83 year old dad's shower, especially the safety bars and the low step over. Then, the crew of Zach Deckard, Brian, and Tyler were very professional and consulted with me during the one day install. The also helped me surprise my dad by getting it complete on time! They left everything super clean like they were never there. Highly recommend.
The work was great, however it takes sometime to get customer service on the phone The job number was308622. The crew was Marc,Rashard,Caleb, Rodney & Austin. I would use any of them again.
The two men that came to my house Raymond and Isaiah did a wonderful job on taking out the bathtub and putting in a new shower. It was very hard work and they did not take a lunch break also they cleaned up everything. They were very polite. I was very pleased with everything they did.
Allen was our sales representative and I highly recommend him. He was very thorough in his presentation snd took his time inspecting and measuring the shower. He gave us time to make our decisions On the day of installation, he stopped by to see how the job was going I had some issues and he directed me to the right people to get everything taken care of Again, I highly recommend Allen !
We live in a 100+ year old home with an upstairs shower badly in need of remodel. The shower was lathe and plaster walls covered over with layers and layers of tile. Emma and her team, Jenny, Kevin, Davin, Jake, Austin and plumber Randy did a magnificent job. They were neat, professional, punctual, and so creative when they encountered obstacles. I cannot say enough wonderful things about West Shore Home.
The three guys who were here Henry , Griffin, and Ben. We� re polite , friendly and did an excellent job. They picked up after themselves , put down a tarp so our house was well taken care of.
Arick was our sales guy that came to our house. He was very nice and thorough so we knew exactly what to expect. Our 3 dogs loved him so he definitely left with dog hair all over him � but he was fine with it. We were worried because of our credit but Arick found a bank to work with us. Also I want to thank Zach, Ben and Chris i think was the other guys name for a doing a beautiful job and putting up with my son tagging along. We are very pleased and highly recommend Westshore!
