I would hired them even if I knew how to do the work myself!!! I am elated at the quality of work that Jeremy and James did at my home I called them today and they came out same day to give me a in an estimate for what turned out to be for an insulation job and I needed a glass repair installation, a game of telephone indeed, but these gentlemen are so skilled that they were still able to replace my bedroom window same day!! Received a walk-in shower installation today from West Shore Home. The installers, Patrick G. and Johnny, were FANTASTIC. 5 stars all around. Highly, highly recommend. My new shower is so pretty I'm not sure if I'm ever even going to use it. Just going to stand there and stare at it. :)
Both Jason & Leanna were very nice & a joy to be around. They did a marvelous job and cleaned up the mess. They even helped me with a little extra job while the wall behind the walk-in shower was opened up, to install pre-cut styrofoam between the studs. I gave them a nice tip for the extra 5 min. to install them. Also, A.J. was the Sales Rep. that came out to show us your products and designs and he was Super helpful. We had new windows installed to replace our old and broken windows. Marc, Martin, and Jack (Job # 175830) arrived on time, were polite, friendly, and fun to chat with. They were able to remove and completely install all of my windows incredibly fast, they consistently kept the job site clean, and they even entertained my dogs who were keen on "supervising". The installers were very pleasant and detailed in explaining the process. Did not bother them that I would ask them questions while they worked on pulling out old bathtub/shower and installed shower. Jason and Leanna cleaned up after performing job. Job #179059. Brian, sales rep was also courteous and helpful with all questions asked and would respond to my calls and texts quite quickly. Had to do this bc my 97 yr old mom was having lots of trouble getting in bathtub. We are quite pleased at this time.
Josh J. and Darren B. were the best. They remodeled my bathtub guest bathroom to a beautiful walk in shower. Very updated look. They worked together very well. It was a delight to have them for big job.
We replaced our 40 year old windows. Job Number 171831 with Marc and Jack as our installers. We were very impressed with their work and attention to customer service. Very friendly and courteous. Would recommend them with no hesitation.

Jason S, and Travis B. were at my home yesterday (3/22/21). They were the nicest gentlemen have met in a long time. They worked together so effortless and seem to anticipate their needs before asking. What a delight to have them here. The new shower looks GREAT!
