RecommendedWe had a complete front door and sidelight replacement The installers arrived on time and reviewed the project with us. Proceeded to remove old door and install our new door and sidelights within two hours. Completely cleaned the area spotless. To say we were pleased with the work is an understatement. Very courteous and respectful

RecommendedI had a tub to shower conversion done. The crew, Thomas, Mason and Stacy showed up at 8am and worked hard and steady, they were finished by 2:45p. Very friendly and professional guys. Cleaned up everything and hauled away all they took out. They did beautiful work. I can't believe how fast they were, they have this installation down to a science. Explained things as they went from one stage to the next. I would definitely have them do any additional projects I may have later on. West Shore should be proud of the work they do... read more

The crew showed up on time and successfully removed previous shower and installed the new one. They were extremely professional and efficient. The crew completed the entire project in less than 6 hours and gave us a run down on care instructions and answered all our questions. Wonderful customer service experience.
