Very polite, and very professional. They stay busy the whole time. Each person has their job, and the stick with it till they’re finished. We were told 4-6 weeks for manufacturing and installation by our sales reps, John and Erin (who are absolutely wonderful) after they came to our house on a Saturday for a demonstration. Our windows were ready in 4 weeks and they were able to install them the next day! We ordered 16 triple pane replacement windows including a large picture window and a couple odd sizes.
