I highly recommend replacement windows from America's Window. My sales representative, Jerry Freeman, did an excellent job explaining the product and how the installation process works. The product was delivered on time. I have two half-moon windows and a smaller octagonal bathroom window that required careful, exact implementation. America's Window's installed a new bay window and all the other windows in my two story home. I was very impressed with the knowledge of the sales staff and Kaycee was able to answer every detail. Their construction crew, mannerly and worked efficiently. They had the old windows out and new ones in two days, and that included wrapping the outer window. I'm so pleased. I just had two bathrooms re done, tub and shower in one and shower in another. Jeff Clements was my salesman, I got a great deal for doing both bathrooms. Jeremy did most of the work, he cleaned up every day inside and out. I had a leak and rotted wood. He replaced my wood and water, drain lines. They look great and I love them. I had Windows and siding replaced years ago.
The people with American Windows have worked with us to make sure we are getting the window that will help with our energy cost and are affordable for us. Worked with us to get our windows installed (have two day sleepers in the home). We could not have asked for a better company to work with to replace the windows in our home.
