We were very happy the work crew was the same that put in our new windows less than a year ago, Sales person,work crew and the gentleman checking to see if we were satisfied were great people to work with. Quality products that should last many years. Follow up is evidence of caring about the customer, which gives peace of mine in the unlikely event we would need to use the warranty. Both the windows and front and back door were done in a timely manner.
