I have had my walk in shower for about five to six years. This past Sunday one of the shelves came off. I called this morning and the male in the service department said I had to pay $125.00 for them to fix the self, I thought it was a lifetime guarantee, he said just the material, not the labor and over a recorded line I ask so the labor is not good, he said correct. I like the shower but, the installation is not as it seems in the TV commercial.

9 windows, 2 picture windows, front door and sliding glass door. All done in one day! The installers were professionals, courtious, and cautious of my pets. They kept me informed on how the project was moving along, from sale to installation. Very satisfied with quality and installation. Highly recommended this company for your project.
