Josh and Sam did an awesome job on my new remodel bathrooms. From start to completion, I was impressed and amazed by overall outcome of the project. Before beginning the work, Josh went over the details of what was going to be done to ensure that I was in agreement with everything. Josh and Sam were prompt, respectful and kind. We had West Shore do windows in our home, they did it in 2 days. Lancy, Q, Dom, Nelson, Jesus, and George did a fantastic job, they were professional, and very efficient, they worked well together. When they were finished Lancy did a great job of explaining the operation of the widows, and warranty of the job. If I have anymore home improvements in the future, I plan to call West Shore. I give them a 5 star rating.

5/23/25- This was the first of 2 separate jobs: Ben, Julian and Zane did an exceptional job with the new shower replacement. They arrived on time, communicated well and were not even bothered by my nuisance of a dog! This was part of the BOGO and was the "free" shower replacement. Will recommend without hesitation! 5/29-5/30/25- This was the 2nd and a full bath remodel: Ben and Caleb arrived on time and in 2 days did another outstanding job! I am so grateful for West Shore Home. They turned my 86 year old mom's bathroom to one that she can safely use. They completed a tub to shower conversion. Josh and Sam was on time and very professional. They took special care not to leave anything behind. They explained how to care for the shower, my lifetime warranty and not to use for 24 hours. Carisa Borello, my sale consultant was also very kind and informative. My mom felt very comfortable with her. I would definitely suggest that you ask for her.
