I highly recommend Tim Jobe and Jeff Farr. They work well together as a team to create a wonderful bathroom product. We are totally satisfied with their workmanship, customer service, knowledge base, and problem-solving skills. It was their first time working with such a large window and they kit it out amazingly. Very professional organization. The sales rep (Mike Bridges) was very helpful and not pushy...took all the time we needed to make up our minds. The installers (David Ogden and Charles Pinson) arrived on time, were courteous and very professional. They completed work in one day (as promised), were very respectful of our home, and cleaned-up thoroughly. We are completely satisfied with the results. Thank you West Shore for your services.
