The installation team arrived on time to install my new door and screen door. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They were polite and cleaned up everything. The workers were on time and finished the job on time. They cleaned up after each work day. Great job we are very satisfied.
The entire experience has been very good. I received estimates from two other very reputable vendors and was pleased with all three of their bids. West Shore gave me the same guarantees as the others but were more exact in the measurements and scope of the work needed for installing these doors. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
They were very neat, very thorough and the workmanship is impeccable. However, beware that this comes with a pretty large price tag.
Incredible customer service experience at all points - the sales team, the fitters, the installers, the folks on the phone. Very professional people throughout!
