I recommend West Shore Home for everyones shower installation! Three polite gentlemen arrived on time, 7-8-25 and began removing out dated walk-in shower, they explained their next steps, let me take pictures, assisted on the best placements of grab bars and cleaned up from the front entrance to the primary bathroom. The workers were knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. My acrylic shower is beautiful and have had zero problems and don’t expect to. My salesman was excellent! I was very reluctant on a lot of issues but he helped me through those and came to a good price for a quality product. I’m very glad I went with West Shore Bath

Tyler, Ethan and Bruce showed up to start our install right on time. It took 2 days, exactly how long they said it would take. They were very professional and friendly, customer oriented. They were meticulous in keeping our home clean and tidy as they worked. They worked together as a very cohesive team. Paid attention to the details of the install and it turned out fantastic! I was planning on some type of update to my main bathroom for more than three years looking at products and cost. I was expecting a good experience, but got much more and better service and product than I was expecting. Parker the consultant spent extra time with me explaining the process, materials, cost and financing. I felt comfortable with what I was hearing. The work began a week and a half later. Our new walk-in shower by West Shore Home looks great and I’ll feel so much safer with the sturdy safety bars they installed in it! The color and design of the acrylic walls give the shower a relaxing and luxurious feel. I’m very impressed with the hard work from Bruce, Colton and Cameron They arrived on time and got to work right away. They worked well as a team, keeping me updated on their progress and completing the job with a thorough cleanup. Very happy we went with this company!
