Dexter F, Angel M, Tristan V and Isaac B came to our house this morning to install a new shower and tub in our master bathroom. They went through everything very thoroughly. Unfortunately our custom shower pan was incorrect. i want to call out all of these gentlemen - they spent time working with myself and my husband and going over everything and discovered the error BEFORE they did any work. The install was done well. Jamal R., Mike G., and Chris J. did our install. They were kind, respectful and informed us of everything they did. They cleaned up their mess and got the job done quickly and efficiently!
They installed floor, toilet and vanity in our bathroom. G. and Tristan V. were awesome. Kept working all day and were so polite and good natured. We had them do a shower 2 years ago and I would highly recommend them to any one. My floor is beautiful. They took all the old stuff away and cleaned up the whole mess. We couldn't be more pleased with it.
The team was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, cleaned up any mess, explained what they were doing, advised my care and use, and helped with placement of shelves and grab bars for my walk in shower. They were kind in dealing with my limitations. Christian even offered his arm to negotiate the space so I could choose in situ placement of handheld shower dock, grab bars and shelves. The kind of folks you welcome to your home and great representatives of West Shore Home! West Shore is lucky to have both Christian and Daniel.
