Informative and no BS salesman. Professional and experienced installer. Installer showed up on time and completed the job with no issues; he was obviously very experienced. Work was done last week, and we've seen no issues with either of the tubs/showers that were replaced. I would recommend them for tub, tub/shower combo, or shower replacement.
Kris and Mason did a great job. They were professional, efficient and finished on time. We love our new bath / shower!!
This project was perfect. The sales person, Jake, was wonderful to work with and when we had follow up questions he waisted no time getting back to us. The Installers, Roger B and Martin M, were awesome. They arrived on time, got straight to work and had the original tub and surround out in short time. By evening we had a brand new walk in shower that is beautiful. Their work was perfect. When they left all that was left behind was this fabulous walk in shower, no mess at all. They cleaned up everything. We are very happy.
I have been pleased from the beginning of this project. Everyone was on time and knowledgeable from the consultation (Dan), to the man taking the measurements, to the install. The explanation about the window was well presented and accurate. I was super grateful that there was no "hard sell" and no one pushed me to buy more than I wanted.
