The installation team was very professional and seemed to really like their job. The team of Tim, Chris F, Caro, Calvin, Keemon & Dustin did a fantastic job.
The workers were very friendly and very professional, The job was done in a timely and effiecient manner. I love the finished look.
West Shore did a great Job. They installed a shower at another home of mine so I already knew of their craftsmanship and product. This is why I had them do my home. The in home visit was quick and easy, since I knew what I wanted. Prices have increased a little but that's to be expected with the world now and the cost of materials. Roger, Chris and John of the install team did a great job. Arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day. The crew kept me informed of each step of the demolition and install process and let me take pictures so I could send family and friends. My home is 40 years old so we had a plumbing issue. West Shore sent their top plumber to fix the problem. Sorry I don't remember his name.
