Installers were a great team. Shower was installed in about 7 hours. They were very professional and answered any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone interested in getting a new walk-in shower.
Treat each person as individual, cater to everyone. Great job for great price
The serviceman was very nice and fixed our recurring problem with the mold that keeps coming back under the caulk in the shower
Update 3/27/2023: I was just asked to give feedback after my most recent service experience and I just wanted to make SURE that my response was received so I am copying it here as well Just because you all send a bubbly Team Member out here to finish a redo, that I had to make the phone call to you all to set up, does not even BEGIN to make up for the inconvenience that West Shore Homes has caused my family and me. Provided estimate and did nothing
They totally messed up the install, we have no useable shower and we have been shuffled to voice mail multiple times when calling to schedule service to fix all the issues. The glass company cannot hang glass doors until these issues are fixed. We just want competent help to do what you promised us.
West Shore lied about the timeframe for payments to begin. They use a 3rd party company and I was told I had 13 months to pay before interest rates would start. I went with Greensky and they sent me a statement within 3 weeks of the job completion stating I had 6 months to payoff my shower before interest charges would incur. **Don't believe the financial advertisement on tv**
Lots of human error. They responded to all issues, but it took a long time and many trips. We financed for 24 months no interest no payment, except that is not what received. Instead payments started day one and interest after 6 months. We feel duped.
