Thank you for listening to the concerns that I encountered. The tech , Greg that I had spoken with was able to re evaluate the drain situation and was able to solve the problem.
Had to have them out to fix the caulking. They were all so professional and extremely timely. There was a cancellation and so they fit me in 30 minutes after I called. They gave me great tips about what products to use to help keep the shower looking great after the work was completed.
