We had a great experience from our salesman Daniel to the installers. Dennis B. Paul M. And Christian were all professional and did an excellent job.
Joey was on time and explained the possible issue. Upon completing the work it appears the dripping leak is taken care of.

West Shore customer service is always excellent! Greg arrived early and could not have been more professional, polite, and efficient! He spent a great deal of time showing me places in the unit that they could renew. He explained in terms I could fully understand, as well as demonstrating how a product could be used to clean the glass shower doors: I love how they look and now keeping them clean will not be such an endeavor! Greg is truly an asset to West Shore Home and Most assuredly deserves a salary bump or some PTO.
