From first meeting with salesman to the installation this window project was outstanding. I’m totally happy with how my window project turned out. The installation team arrived on time with 2 large crews and completed the installation and clean up perfectly! Westshore Home crew came yesterday and installed all new windows and a sliding glass door at my house. The work crew was from Wilmington, NC and their names were Mike, Thomas, and Avery. They got all the removal and installation done within just a few minutes more than 8 hours! I’m very pleased with the work they did!
My shower was installed 3/7/2025. I was super excited 😄. My husband and I completed our application on Saturday, March 1st and received a text message regarding our installation on 3/4/2025 informing us about our install date. I was highly impressed that the time was so quick. On the install date Hector and Ben arrived promptly at 8:05. Hector went over our order and he and Ben got ti work. Jack Grove was our design consultant. He came out the same day I called for an appointment and spent 3 hours talking to us about having windows installed. Very personable and professional and answered all our questions and concerns. We signed a contract that night. West Shore Home was the third quote we got on window installation. My installers came in on a rainy downpour of a day and install my door and my window to perfection it is beautiful. They show me how to use my windows, how to clean my door and make sure I knew how to use open and close both the door and the window. They were friendly and efficient thank you, Westshore
