Axel B, Jamar A, Austin P, Alex N, Peyton S these guys showed up at my house and went straight to work. I had 12 windows to replace. In 4 hours the old windows had been taken out and replaced and all the trim put on and they were ready to leave. These five guys were very respectful and courteous. These guys were awesome to work with and did a fantastic job on our two new showers! Chris, Peyton, Carl, and Richard remodeled both of our showers in one day and were fast, kind, respectful, and did quality work. They are awesome at what they do and we are very happy with the results. It’s nice to work with a good company and an awesome crew! West Shore Home hires great people. Highly recommend them for any bathroom remodeling work you need!! I’ll definitely be calling them back for any future remodeling work!
I am so pleased with everything about my experience with West Shore! Sam S. was so knowledgeable about everything regarding the company, the selection samples, and payment options. The installers, Philip W. and Carl C. were top notch professionals. They were courteous to me and considerate of my home. They worked efficiently and cleaned up everything before they left. My new shower is just beautiful!!
We had two new doors put into our home. The experience from start to finish was great. Our salesman, Sam, took care of us when we were making the decision to replace the doors. When it was finally time to install, Adelaide, Anthony, and Jamar were so professional. They took the time to access the doors and areas around the doors before the installation. From our first phone call to the installation, everything was first rate. Zack in sales was knowledgeable and not at all overbearing. Installation was right on time and completed in one day as promised. Installers Steve and Justin were the best! Polite, efficient, knowledgeable and all around good guys. Would ask for the same guys again if the need arises!
